Thomarts Gallery is neo-expressionist and contemporary , black-owned art gallery, run by Nkgadi Sheena-Leigh Ngulube and her husband, the world-reknowned South African sculptor, painter and writer Nkosinathi Thomas Ngulube. They run art workshops for rural- and urban-based artists. They do this to enhance the artists' techniques and improve their business skills. Thomarts Gallery hold art exhibitions and various events in their prime space in Sandton and are also a museum quality framer.. Thomarts Gallery occupies a very unique niche in the South African art industry, if not the international art market scene.
